Terraustone provides services, appointment-based consultations, and a curated product range to residents, small businesses, hospitality operators, and institutional clients across Kisumu County and the wider Lake Victoria corridor. We work with individuals who need a dependable local point of contact rather than a distant call centre, and with businesses that require a supplier who will show up, do the job, and stand behind the outcome. Our client base ranges from single-room tenants in Kondele managing a household maintenance need, to school facility managers in Maseno coordinating quarterly supply deliveries. What all our clients share is a preference for dealing with people who know the city, speak plainly, and do not disappear after the invoice is sent. Since 2016 we have completed more than 1,400 service engagements and supplied products to over 320 distinct client accounts across the region. These are not large numbers by the standards of a national company — but they reflect eight years of consistent, local-scale effort.
How the Team Works — and Where We Draw the Line

The Terraustone team currently numbers twelve people, each with a defined area of responsibility — scheduling, service delivery, product supply, and client follow-up are not interchangeable roles handed to whoever is available. We invest in team training each January and July, focusing on both technical skills and the interpersonal side of client communication that many firms treat as optional. Our operational style is deliberate rather than rapid: we take on the work we can do well and refer out the work we cannot. We do not offer emergency structural or electrical contracting, wholesale distribution at scale, or services requiring regulatory licences we do not hold. We also cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on third-party factors — power reliability, local road access, or external supply chains — but we will always communicate proactively when such factors affect a job. The indigo-toned visual identity you see across our premises and materials is not accidental: it reflects the precision and calm discipline we try to bring to every engagement. Kisumu is a city with serious commercial ambition, and we believe a local business should match that ambition with substance, not just with a smart-looking office.
